Greg Evans
Mediator & Arbitrator
Greg is an experienced family mediator and arbitrator. Greg has assisted families with mediated separation agreements. Greg is also frequently used to provide mediation/arbitration for families and has delivered decisions on topics such as parenting plans and timesharing of children, grandparent visitation, child support, spousal support and property division. Greg received his mediation training in 1998 and completed his arbitration training from the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Manitoba in 2005. Greg is a member of the ADR Institute of Canada.
Richard Pollock
Mediator
Richard has practiced with Evans Family Law Corporation since 2011 with a focus on cooperative and collaborative processes to resolve matters for families. Richard obtained his Certificate in Family Mediation Training in the Spring of 2019. Richard is a member of the ADR Institute of Canada.
Lori Ainemer
Mediator
Lori joined Evans Family Law Corporation in 2012 and is an experienced family lawyer and mediator. Lori has helped many families make the transition from a traditional (or nuclear) structure to one that is modular (flexible in structure and arrangement). Lori came to the practice of family law with a background in the social sciences and understands the complex dynamics that families experience upon separation. Lori is a member of the ADR Institute of Canada and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the ADR Institute of Manitoba.
Alyssa Byrd
Mediator
Alyssa has been with Evans Family Law since 2019 where her practice has been exclusively in the area of family law. She’s completed training in collaborative family law and mediation training. Alyssa approaches family issues holistically with empathy, being child focused and being mindful of what is going to be most practical going forward. Alyssa is a member with ADR Institute of Manitoba and a member of Collaborative Practice Manitoba.
